USTA League
Your real USTA team in Racket Captain: import from TennisLink once, take availability in the app, let the Racket Captain™ USTA Genie recommend every lineup, and let the Score Card be the results.

Paso 1. A USTA League group is your real USTA team. Create the group, set the type to USTA League, and pick the Event Format your league plays: Team League (1 Singles, 3 Doubles) or Team League (2 Singles, 3 Doubles). It must match your Score Cards — the app refuses a format that doesn't.
-
Paso 2. On the group's edit page, open USTA Import and upload the files you download from TennisLink — each file has its own card and upload button: the roster, the match schedule, and later the Score Cards. Choose files takes several at once.
-
Paso 3. Connect the roster. Each player on the USTA file is matched to a member of your group. Two boxes show the gaps: players on the USTA file who aren't in your group yet (invite them), and players in your group who aren't on the USTA file. Use NTRP is ticked for everyone by default — untick a player to use their app rating instead.
-
Paso 4. Importing the Match Schedule fills your dates by itself. Check the dates and times, and confirm each away club in USTA Import's Away clubs step (Use this club) — after that the invitations, reminders, lineup notice and match report name the club, with a map. Then Publish — it waits until every USTA match still to play is on your schedule. If a match is already close enough that its notices should have gone out, Publish asks you: Add it quietly, Continue from now, or Cancel — don’t publish yet. Any availability your players already gave USTA becomes their first RSVP, once. After that, players answer in Racket Captain — not on the USTA website.
-
Paso 5. Plan each lineup in the Racket Captain™ USTA Genie on the Teams page. The Lineup tab always shows the next match still to plan. Choose the goal — Win, Playing Time, or reaching the Playoff floor — and the Genie recommends a lineup from who said yes. Drag or tap to change anyone; it saves itself.
-
Paso 6. Lock the lineup on the match's Event Assignment Review. It shows the same lineup as the Genie — a last check, a last drag if needed, then Lock Assignments. Your players get the lineup notice.
-
Paso 7. After every match, import the Score Card from TennisLink. That IS the results: each line shows both teams, the sets and who won, marked Approved · From USTA. There are no scores to type in.

Conviene saber
- For USTA league teams in the United States.
- Your schedule changes (a rain-out, a new start time) are made in Racket Captain, one match at a time. A new download never changes a match — it tells you when the USTA schedule and yours disagree.
- The Review Results reminder tells you when it's time to import the Score Card.
